Went several times in a row with a lot of mess ups. Finally decided to contact a manager by doing their survey and we got some free meal coupons. Which is great, but we went and used one tonight and half of our order was missing along with our free meal (besides the soda). So I guess they really just can’t get anything right. I’m tired of waiting an hour to eat since we have to go back to get the food that we ordered, or have something remade because it’s not what we ordered at all...

Should have no stars! Terrible service and food. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait for one item when we ordered and ended up waiting for more then ten minutes. Drove 5 miles home and realized they forgot more than one item. Called that Arby’s and the person that answered the phone said that we could drive back there to get the items and that was all that could be done. I like Arby’s generally but this Arby’s is terrible. STEP IT UP!!!

Honestly I think Arby's is amazing. But thats my opinion! Thanks for the speedy drive thru and delicious food!

Male cashier was nice but didn't wear a hairnet, gloves nor wash his hands when handling our card and bagging up our food. Blonde female manager bolted window open asking us in a raised voice with no mask if we got our shake. We did have it already, yes. And pursued to going to the kitchen, leaving the DT window open and could hear her hollaring at the employees.
