Called 3x getting a robot each time. The robot hung up. A human finally answered to tell us we either needed to use their app or come in person. On entry at 5:45pm only one high school student (maybe 16) at the counter. Sandwich quality was mediocre at best. Teenage labor, unsupported, poorly trained, and harried. This is the fault of the franchisee and corporate not the children operating the store.

I came in for lunch, I'm a manual laborer, male, and approximately 220. I'm also a vegetarian, I ordered a foot long veggie with extra veggies, and got a sandwich that I could barely see ingredients on after it was given to me. I will not return, your veggies cost less then meat and I received a fraction of the size of a sandwich with meat.

Little disturbed that none of the workers were wearing a mask during this pandemic. Though they are kids, still there manager should be forcing this rule that they should be wearing a mask when making our food. I won't go here for a while.

They are good and all, but they didn't answer the phone, and if they did, they hung up. Great place but don't think I will call in again.
