Kurt responded to an after hours service call within minutes. Unlike the other two companies I contacted, he was the only one who responded timely or showed a sense of urgency. By the time the other two companies responded, Kurt had the new water heater installed. AND, His pricing was $500.00 below both other estimates (for the same water heater). Great guy, great service. Use him with confidence that you hired a professional with solid business integrity.

We replaced our water heater as it was original to the house which was over 20 years old. Kurt was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Got the job done in less time that was stated. Fair price. Would use their service again.

All I can say is wow. Kurt was great! He provided me with a better quote than the previous company I was originally going to go with. He responded quickly and in a timely manner via text or call. He finished removing our old water heater and replacing the new one within an hour. Hot water works great! Even the water flow seemed better once the new heater was installed. Highly recommend!

Kurt did a great job! Was sent his way by Home Depot, showed up, did the work, very professional and clean and helped me put my door back up afterwards! Definitely going to go to KJM again for any large scale plumbing needs!

Kurt is a very nice guy and a pro in all aspects of his business. Fair pricing and quality work. Great tools and equipment to get the job done without delay. He has years of experience and knows his trade. He's on our short list of people to call when we need help.
