Always excellent. You get a lot for your money. Great customer service and atmosphere. Tried and true all the way back to the 80’s. One of the few restaurants that hasn’t gone down hill. Thank you cousins! A+++
The Classic Italian was superb. The young lady behind the counter was very patient and gracious when a couple of persons in our party were slow in deciding their order. The manager who was training her was very kind, professional, and attentive.
First time being here. I'd say it was ok. Employees seemed nice and for was prepared quickly. Down side is prices are a bit high for the amount you get. Got the Philly and seemed a bit small for the cost. Tasted great. Would try again for other subs.
Tuesday’s were Cousin Subs day back in Milwaukee. With my recent move back to Madison I decided to keep that tradition alive today. As my food was handed to me via the drive thru window I was told that the sub was made with “extra love.” My immediate reaction was flattery. On my drive back to work I was skeptical. The skepticism was a false alarm. The sub and soup were fire. I’ll be back soon.
