Ordered curbside pickup, and noticed my buffalo mac&cheese didn’t have green onions or buffalo sauce when my boyfriend got home. I called the store about it and the manager fixed my order for me (she even gave me a regular instead of a small) & threw in a rice crispy. Wish I had gotten her name because she was a sweetheart and I liked her customer service.nnI used to work at Noodles a couple years ago, so I understand that mistakes do happen!nIf you see this, thank you girln5/28/2020
I always have high hopes that my food will turn out alright from Noodles. I can't tell you how many times I have been disappointed. Today some of my Udon noodles were dry and shredded. I can almost understand the shredded noodles but not the dry noodles. Not only does the food look unappetizing it is!
Did curbside pickup. The young lady that brought out our food was pleasant. Unfortunately not so good after that. Food was cold and I ordered the Mac and cheese with ham and green onions. Well it had green onions. No ham. This was my first purchase with Noodles and Company. Maybe the last.
Food is great. Ordered online as it showed that there was no Dine in. The tracker for the order never updated that it was ready, had to call to confirm if it was ready. Dine in was available when i picked up my food.
