I love Klinke Cleaners on No Sherman Av. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I am in an out in about 1 minute. And I get my clothes back the very next day. Great company.

I moved from the North Shore of Chicago. I was shocked at Klinke’s extraordinary high prices! Ridiculous charge for some items. My coupon was not fully honored and I was told to call Klinke manager. It is important to me to have a “green cleaner” and no where is this listed in their online description. The service attendant had no idea what type of cleaning solvent they use. My items were nicely done and would use them to dry clean an expensive item. Otherwise I’ll wait to bring my dry cleaning back to Illinois.nMadison needs to bring in a competitor green cleaner for sure!

Service was great! Ashli was very kind, friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I had my item done in time for my trip to Minnesota.

I was heartbtoken when the dry cleaners I used to go to closed. I found Klinke on Sherman and am wondering why I didn't go here from the beginning. The location is on my way to work, the drop box is never, closed, the afternoon hours are convenient for me, and last but far from least, Ashli is a fantastic CSR. She remembered me after just a couple of times, which is very nice. She always has a smile and is happy to see me, or at least she always is happy, for whatever reason. Now I'm glad the other cleaner closed.
