Short of flying cross-country to pack up my dorm room myself, Lazybones was really my only option once I got sent home from UW-Madison due to COVID. The packer called me from my room, and I instructed which items to ship home to me, and which to put into storage for the summer. Several items, together valued around $350, were either lost or forgotten by Lazybones, and all I have to show for them is a $175 reimbursement. Also, they are incredibly inefficient packers, charging for oversized boxes yet filling them with only a couple small items. If your money and belongings hold any semblance of value to you, steer clear of Lazybones.
Perhaps a little bit expensive for laundry but I think they charged what they said they would and they did a nice job.

I stored here for three times. It was all good until I need them to ship my storage. I asked for the tracking number for the shipment but they keep telling me they have to contact the manager for that and I got no message for three days. So I asked them when one of my shipment would arrive and they told me they’ve called me several times and nobody answered like it’s my fault. In fact, I had only one unanswered call and I’m not even sure it’s from them. All in all, good choice if you do not need to contact them but if you do, be prepared to wait for days. Not good customer service.nnUpdate: they said they send me a wrong email, which still should not have happened.
Did a great job with our move out in May and move in August. Drivers were careful and friendly. My son also used the laundry service the past year and plan on using again this year. From the families & friends we know, they are a company that seem to care about their customers. We definitely recommend.
