Service PLUS did a great job cleaning our couches and Joe even went the extra step to take home a patio cushion which was pretty dirty and returned it looking new! I highly recommend Service PLUS!
We adopted a second dog, who immediately chewed a whole in the carpet about the size of a pizza. After reading other positive reviews I called Service PLUS Carpet and Joe came out a couple days later and patched it up with some leftover carpet we had. You can't even tell it ever happened, it looks fantastic! Joe is very skilled, and very professional as well. Definitely recommend!
Joe masterfully repaired 3 areas of damaged carpet so that it was restored to it's original appearance. He also stretched loose area of carpet so that it was also restored to it's original look. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and the cost was very reasonable. We'll be contacting Service Plus again before we list our house for sale. Thanks Joe!
I first got to know Joe from Service Plus many years ago when another carpet cleaning service had a problem with their equipment and referred me to him on an emergency basis. Joe stepped right in and took care of everything! From then on he has cleaned our carpets up to 4 times a year (I board dogs in my home) and is ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS does an exceptional job, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile (getting stains out, repairing carpet, etc.) . He is absolutely excellent at his job and is also a wonderful person.
This is s great place for your carpet and cleaning needs. I have them do a couple jobs for me and have been more than pleased with there service, i would highly recommend them.
