Our refrigerator line sprung a leak and damaged our kitchen floor. Our lower level family room and bathroom had water damage as well. I’ve always seen Servpro Trucks in the area, so thought I would call them. I was glad I made the call! They were at my house in one hour! Explained everything and finished the work very quickly! Very polite and professional!

Servpro of Madison helped out when Cedar Rapids was hit by a derecho storm where thousands of homes were damaged. The office staff were very helpful and kind, under stressful circumstances. The crew they sent got the job done efficiently (ceiling, wall, and flooring removal and drying) and in a timely manner (response within a couple days), which is critical when a tree has gone through your roof. They handled the insurance piece. A very positive experience with this office. Very appreciative of their professionalism.

Any time you need a company like Servpro, stresses are running high. I expected this to be a very stressful process but Servpro and their employees were caring, respectful, and made us feel as comfortable as we could be. Very helpful in guiding me through the cleaning and repair process after a small fire at my house. I can’t say enough good things, from their quick response time to their professionalism. It was nice to have great people in my corner to get my home back to normal. AL, the representative who was assigned to my claim went above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for someone better to work with.

I just wanted to take the time to offer my compliments to your team. We had an apartment here that was in very bad shape. It was above and beyond what we can handle with our maintenance team. Because of the stellar customer service I’ve received working with ServePro of Madison before I knew who to call right away. And of course it was the right decision. I called and was very professionally and efficiently taken care of. I got my bid for the work and Al Steele was such a wonderful person to work with. He was patient and professional the entire time. I knew he had other much larger projects on his plate at the time with the flooding at the University but he still was quickly responsive and addressed my needs. Everything was scheduled and the apartment was taken care of so well I almost wouldn’t even recognize it.
