Fast, reliable, personable, professional. I didn't think it would be possible to clean our light colored wood grain tile floor. After a very short time, our floor looks as good as the day it was installed.nBefore the appointment they called to confirm, gave me the time again and we were ready to go. The next day, they showed up on-time and were working in a matter of minutes. They took the time to show me what they were doing, discussed the cleaner products, the process, and addressed concerns I had about the cleaning products effects on my granddaughter or dog (none!). I highly recommend Rock Solid Hard Surface Cleaning. We will definitely have them back in our home.

I have had Rock Solid(Jeff & Heather) do 2 types of Surface Cleaning for my Business.nThey Steamed Cleaned our Ceramic Tiles then separately Cleaned and Stripped our VCT Tiles putting down a New Sealer.nThe Ceramic Tiles had over 10 years of grease, oil, dirt and grim even though we have a cleaning crew cleaning every day. The Grout color returned and you could tell that all the Tiles looked clean and refreshed.nThe VCT Tiles had a lot of worn areas that I was planning on putting new Tile down. Jeff and Heather stripped and polished the worn areas and brought them back to life.nI did not think that was possible. The Companies I used previously could not do that. Also the previous Companies slopped Sealer on the Base Boards and doors, it was a mess. Jeff and Heather's work was clean and neat. They were able to get in do the work during times we were closed so there was never any interruptions or delays. I am extremely pleased and happy with the Service they provided and would highly recommend their Company.
