I called Mark's because my neighborhood plumber recommended them for investigating a sewer vent blockage. Shaun and his partner were fast and honest. They told me about something that might be an issue down the line but didn't try to sell me on fixing it right now. He was also extremely polite and respectful when coming inside the house during COVID-19, wearing a mask and using the booties I offered him. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Company was very quick to respond. Price was very reasonable. The plumber, Mark, who came was very professional, knowledgeable, and very personable.nnWould most definitely recommend them.

I just called Mark's Reddi Rooter Yesterday.nAs a Construction Manager, I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable correspondence. The Team in the Field was clean working and respectful to the Hospital environment.nI thought, I had a major problem in a 54' pipe run, that was going to cost my clients thousands to fix. They brought every possible method available, to solve my problem with two guys and service trucks. They sent the camera in and found out, that it was the electrician, trying from both ends, who was just not able to push the fishing wire though that many elbows in the conduit. They attached the fishing wire to the camera and thereby solved my problem on the way out. My bill was under 200$ and I got the Bill the same day, Today.nI will call them for any size project I have in the future.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The technician fixed a leaking pipe attached to our water softener. Highly recommended!
