We ordered two pizzas on the app and one had no cheese on it. So we called the store to see why and to possibly get a replacement. The kid that answered said that there were no managers that worked on the weekends and that they couldn’t do anything. We said that was unexceptionable, so he called his manager and said that the manager said it was our fault and that they would not do anything for us and then hung up on us. In a time that you should be taking care of your customers they are not. I hope the owner of this store knows the kind of employees he has working for him. We will no longer be getting pizzas from here and urge others to go somewhere else to get a pizza.
Quick service. Pleasant staff in Monona. Walked in and ordered a Cowboy pizza. Discount on Tuesday! They made in within two minutes and said to have a nice day as I left. Great tasting pizza with lots of toppings. I highly recommend it.
Good, not great pizza. Seems fresh and healthy. Good value, but you gotta bake it yourself. Sometimes that's just the ticket.
Very good pizza. Actually, it's my favorite.nThe staff, however, is mediocre at best.nLuckily, they simply have to make the pizza so you can take it home and bake it. The process seems simple enough and they seem to be able to handle it - most of the time.
Always good, the most consistently good pizza no matter where you go!
