Not very friendly. Asked for some mild sauce and got three big handfuls of every sauce they have, my guess would be 40 to 50 packets. Quesade seemed undercooked. Reminded me of why I don't go to Taco Bell much.
After asking three times to confirm my order, I got the opposite of what I wanted. Staff is so busy trying to rush you through your lucky if you get 1 thing right. Nice ppl, bad service.
Mostly accurate service, food comes out hot and fresh and employees are always polite, but in exchange for being one of the least-accessible physical locations, especially during heavy traffic and at rush hour.
Ah...T-Bell and the many memories that entail! Always great going in; not so much when...nyep..yum.
Very unhappy, I walked inside two guys were waiting for there food they got it and left...I was standing there. For ten minutes the workers were facing the other direction they would not even look at me, I said i want to order, she said we r short staff and it would be faster to go thru drive up REALLY...,,, there were 10 car's in drive up.....I left....I called back from the hotel the manager would not give me her name and hanged up on me.....
