The staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. The store stocks a vast variety of items and almost always have what I need, no matter how obscure. The fasteners section is a GREAT local resource that beats what's available at the big box stores.

I came in looking for some bolts/nuts/washers. The associate Richard was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for!! So refreshing!! Outstanding customer service! Much better than going to box a big box store where almost no one knows what your looking for. True Value, don't let Richard go anywhere!!

I picked up a curbside order and watched 3 people go in and out of the store without masks in a 5 minute period. I definitely won’t be shopping at this ACE Hardware store ever again.
