So grateful this is less than a mile from my house. Their team is so helpful and always teach me what I need to do to solve my home improvement issues.
Went to get some stuff to make a pulley (didn't know the name of the material I need for it, just going by the pics I got from the internet), some lady worker came to me and my 28yr old daughter when We came in and ask me what we needed and told her I was just going to look because I didn't know the name of the stuff I needed, so she just stay there looking at us for an answer so I say " can we go in or no?" She acted irritated and went to her register.... so we felt uncomfortable and left before she would find another reason to question our shopping there. Very disappointed I was never treated like that before
Adam helped me today and he was so friendly and competent he asked me if I was signed up for rewards and I’ve been shopping at Barry’s twice a month or more for the last year and no one else has ever asked me to join the rewards program so he signed me up and I’m very happy thank you Adam
Customer Service is excellent. Also you are supporting your local business and even if the price is not the same as a Large Chain they are comparable and some products are even better, Support local. Great happy clean store!
