Customer service here is top notch. Rented a uhaul today to get a table home. The nice young man behind the counter helped me all the way. It was truly a pleasant experience. Better give that young man a nice raise. He certainly knows customer service.
The staff at ACE always knows what they're doing and gets you the proper supplies to complete your job without making you feel they are trying to push that sponsored item on you as you get from the competition
This Ace is smaller than most, but they had what I needed. I needed lengths of chain to attach two fan pulls to my Dining Room ceiling fan. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. There really isn't space available at checkout to practice Social Distancing. I had worn a mask, though. Employees weren't wearing any. This includes the lady who checked me out. Overall, I would recommend them, as prices were fair and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. This store always has what I need.
