I was in town for a quick visit to my aging mother and saw some nasty stains on a white carpet. My brother in law had tried a Rug Doctor, which only drove the nastiness in deeper. Called PureSteam and Tony was there the next day. He did a great job at a great price. He explained that time and Rug Doctor might have had a lasting effect, but the next day you could hardly see anything. Very pleased. Better: mom has stopped complaining!

This is my first time to use this service after another service, National Carpet Cleaning, failed to do quality cleaning work for my house floor and continue failing to come back to re-do the job as promised over the 10/23/20 weekend. So I decide to have PureSteam Service to re-do my floor carpet on 10/26/20. Tony the head of the service did a great job to remove stains that National Service were not able to. He also use a specific tool to clean the stairs steps, which made much better results than National did... So I was very satisfied with PureSteam's service and I would use this service again. Therefore, I am highly recommended PureSteam Carpet Service.

Tony and his company Puresteam is all we use for our carpet cleaning. Since 2009 we have used them several times for both our carpets and furniture. Last week we had another excellent visit. Steam cleaning is the way to go and Tony and his staff are real pros. Our carpets and sofas and chair look new. They communicate well by text and email and are friendly and considerate while at the home. We highly recommend!
