Stuart came out a few weeks ago and gave me a quote. His quote was clear and he offered a great price. Today, he cleaned the tile through my home and instructed me on how to properly care for my floors. I appreciated his insight and expertise.
His wife, Vanessa, works in the office. Together, they make a great team. I received more than I would have hoped with prompt and thorough service. I also had my carpet in the playroom cleaned at an incredible price. We are pleased and will use Done Your Way again.
I had a quote a week before. I loved the price, and his passion for his business. He was very professional, on time and was fast. I had a couch cleaned and my tile cleaned. I didn’t get the name of who I was speaking with but he was very rude, which is why I decided to cancel my service with them. I had called a couple of days ago for confirmation and I just thought he was probably having a bad day but when I called today, he had the same attitude. I am sure their service is great but customer service is very poor.
Stuart is a very personable man and has a wealth of knowledge about cleaning all sorts of surfaces. He cleaned and revived our carpet and tile floors. Our floors look like new! I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
Outstanding service! I was forced to use a carpet cleaning service by my rental company. Didn’t think anything of it and ordered service. The gentleman was nice and courteous upon arrival. He also educated me on how dirty a carpet can get. The carpets look brand new, no joke! I never write reviews, but this company definitely did amazing work with my carpets. Can’t beat the price either! I would now be an avid carpet cleaner.
