The Landlord Zone Carpet Cleaning

I've been using this company for 6+ years. Never have had a problem. I trust them when I'm not home & NO ONE gets out dirt like he does. They always go above and beyond..and do an amazing job

ALERT FOR ALL: most unprofessional and rude company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business. First The owner of the company walks in my house and gets ready to step with his wet/muddy shoes as I stop him and ask him to wipe his feet. 2nd he was OVER an hour late... I tell him I don't need 3 rooms done but am willing to pay the advertised $66.00, and he doesn't need to move the furniture. I only need 1 and 1/4 room done! (disrespectful) He was constantly trying to get us to buy more things, we don't need. He explained the MOST important step, and we stated we didn't want him to use our electricity, due to the power needed and our circuit box limits, He got VERY upset. Then tells us that he doesn't have to do the pre-conditioner (Keep in mind in his company video it says it's the most important step and brags how that's how they get the carpet clean). Upon us changing our mind about using his company simply because of his attitude he states that we owe him a cancellation charge because he had to drive way over here (keep in mind he was over an hour late and on top of that he said he was by 59th ave and baseline SMH, we're at 51st ave and baseline) as he got ready to leave he sated "That's why I don't like F****ing N****rs" my mother then said excuse me what did you just say he said again "You heard me I don't like F****ng N****rs" Many of you know I never bad mouth anyone's business but FB friends and family and Fellow 3TV viewers if you can avoid this guy's company please do...
