Our carpet in one of the rooms was so bad, we were planning on replacing it. We decided to get it cleaned and try to live with it for a little bit longer. We called On The Spot, because we had heard nothing but great things! The lady I spoke to with for a quote and scheduling was very personal, friendly and thorough. She was upfront with the pricing (which was much less than I thought it would be) and wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be surprised with any extra costs or surprises for extra needed treatments for tough spots or odors. Micah and Micah showed up on time, they were very friendly, professional, fast- and did a wonderful job! Our carpets look better than ever! And the one room we were debating on if it was worth it to even clean it, looks so good and has a lot more life in it! Thank you so much, Sheldon and your team! It was a great experience and we are sure to use On The Spot for all of our future cleaning needs!

Looking to get our carpet cleaned while in town for the day and they got us in!! Justin and his helper did a great job on our RV floors! Great staff and service, definitely recommend and will be back.
