We have used Country Plumber since we moved to the area to pump our septic system. Came from a city with municipal sewer/water so were unfamiliar with the process to stay within county regulations. Took the time to explain the system on the first visit and the crew has always been friendly, prompt, and efficient on subsequent pumps.
They came on time and did a great job
Had line back up (root issues) and called them at 7 am to see if I could get the line cleaned out same day. By 9 am, line was cleared and was good to go. A+ service.
Called Christmas eve morning because water heater stopped working .They called me back within 15 minutes and said they would be at my house by 11 am showed up at. 11 sharp and had new water heater installed by 12:30pm.Very professional and nolidgeable staff.Did awesome job at affordable price would definitely use again.Great place to come out so quick and get us hot water for Christmas day.Thank you.
We had some outside plumbing done I was not home it my husband was. And why he paid them for their work I have no idea . It’s the dumbest set up I have ever seen. And what’s really funny they were saying how bad the set up was the old way, but their the ones who did that too.
