I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. It is a pleasure to do business locally and to know that Ziegler Plumbing will stand behind the product and the workmanship. For all your plumbing needs I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing. Live in a new home (less than a year) and was having a problem with the main drain. After calling and 2 minutes of investigating the problem was fixed. Typically don’t leave reviews but this one is needed. My plumbing problem was fixed over the phone, that’s amazing.
He needs phone courtesy training. No interested asking for estimate after he hung up on me twice.
Had a leaky valve on the bathtub and called them in the morning, they said they could probably be there the next am. I was a little skeptical about such fast service but lo and behold at 8am the next morning they were calling on the way to my house. Put on a new Kohler fixture and looks nice and everything that is supposed to be dry is.
apparently they dont do anything that actually takes time and effort.took one look at it not worth their time apparently. rude and grumpy. probably due to his old age . the you should probably retire old man.
