We had no idea how the drive thru worked and they ran our food out to us as we were lost in the parking lot. The employees were fantastic, the food was crispy and fresh, and I can't wait to go back!
Slow drive through. Extremely busy. Can easily take 20mins just to get through the drive through.
New restaraunt location is probably still learning. Wrong drink size provided with medium meal, wrong sized sandwich given. Fries were extremely old. Staff seemed drained and indifferent.
Weve been to the new Arbys twice now..1st time our order was incorrect..2nd time the wait was pretty.long staff looked confused and not organized..tbe chicken sandwiches were hard and.over cooked..but the curly fries were undercooked...my turkey sandwich was ok but bread was very soggy...so far not impressed
