I can’t believe some of the negative reviews I’m reading. It seems so incredibly hard to believe that this place is anything but amazing. I had a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back. My nails have never looked better. The entire staff was friendly and professional the entire time I was there. I am the most picky person about my nails and Phil was absolutely incredible. He really had a lot of patience and made sure my nails were done to perfection. I can’t wait to come back again for my next set!

Went in for a dip set, when the guy announced we were done I couldn't believe it! The dip powder didn't go all the way to the edge or to my cuticle, it was quite splotchy, patches of bare nails shown through the black dip powder. I asked them to correct the issue as I wouldve been able to do a better job at home. He was surprised maybe? Or irritated perhaps? He ended up doing an extra layer fixed them a bit, however I still could've done better myself. At that point I had been in there 2 hours, starting off with a 30 minute wait even tho I had an appointment. Never again.

My full set of gel polished nails didnt even last 3 hours after leaving and done by a very young gentleman. HUGE air bubble on my thumb and you could see every brush stroke from my matte top coat. I'm a mom of 4 and wanted to treat myself, I'm not the most financially well off person so this was a big deal. All i got was a junk set, and when i asked for my money back, i was told no but they would be willing to fix them. Hahaha no way. This place is a joke.

Very displeased over my 2nd visit. I will not be coming back. The guy didn’t even remove the color completely, which I’ve never seen anyone do before. The color is always completely taken off. But I went with it cuz I assumed he knew what he was doing. But the color that was supposed to come off completely was a dark green and I chose a yellow, red and gold combination. U can still see the dark green under my nails and on the sides of the nail. I mentioned this as he was about to cap it all off and he replied with “yeah u can barely tell and it’s because the color u chose was lighter than the last color. Maybe pick a darker color to cover next time”... ?!?!?!? What? So by that standard I should always pick a darker color to cover. He blamed his carelessness on my color choice. Needless to say, I didn’t tip. Never coming back again.
