I made my appointment online before I got there so that it would be easier to get in. I got there and they had no record of me so I had to redo my appointment which took another 20 minutes on top of the 45 that I first waited. Then the stylist took 45 minutes to cut my hair. Never in my life had I ever get such a long haircut. All together my whole experience cost me an hour and 50 minutes I will not be going back to the great clips in Chippewa falls across the street from Walmart
Always have had a great experience for my kids. Online check in before covid and during has been great.
Great clips is pretty consistent regardless of where you go. The app is easy to use and it's convenient.
Boys hair cuts look great!
I'm waiting in the parking lot now after checking in online over 2 hours ago.. when I checked in online the wait was 2 hours and still have to wait an hour more. I know, covid but this isnt the first time I've felt like the place undervalues my time. And the lady at the front door is a jerk.
