Leaky/squealing fill valve. They, after the initial appointment setup , didn’t contact for four days and then wanted to show up within 45 minutes on a work day. They need a modernized scheduling setup.nnHe got out here and fixed the problem very quickly and his work was excellent, however:nnWhen you tell a customer a part is $11 and it takes two minutes to install, being billed > $111 for that two minutes is too much. If that’s the minimum service charge, then it needs to be about $25 less.nnOverall: Excellent work, average service.
