Clay was super helpful on the phone. It was a small job but the accepted it any how. They were able to get the job done quickly. They completed everything requested for a fair price.
Even though I didn't end up needing their services they were outstanding customer service wise. They came out and inspected what happened, advised what they could do, options I had. They were very polite and a pleasure to interact with.
Service Master of Chippewa Valley does AMAZING work. We manage 574 apartments in Eau Claire and have been working with Jason and Julie for about six months now. Jason always does a superb job and Julie is a always accommodating to our needs, even on short notice. Jason has shampooed 50+ apartments for us, and every job has been completed on time and always looks better than we could have expected. Thank you both for everything you do for us!
