i brought in a pair of ripped jeans that had a busted zipper that needed fixing about a month or two ago and never gotten a call since about them or anything. really getting on my nerve i would like to receive them asap and fixed!!

Terrible experience. When we got the wedding dress back it looked like the dirt had just been spread farther up the skirt of the dress, in worse shape than before. When we sent it back to get it redone we received a voicemail (from Pam presumably?) telling us that this dress was the worst dress she had ever received to be cleaned and that it “smelled like it had been through a swamp.” Very rude, opinionated, and unnecessary comments. Will not be going back.

I brought in the dirtiest pair of white pants from walking in mud from a storm. I'm not sure that they will come clean, but the owner was so nice and offered to do everything she could to get them clean. Helpfulness and being kind is so rare these days that it doesn't matter if they can be fixed. I will be back for any further dry cleaning needs!

I work for a local hotel, and the folks at Novelty do our guests laundry and dry cleaning. I have always heard great things from our guests about their service, so I decided to have my suit dry cleaned there. What was a spotty mess with mustard stains, cat hair and who knows what else, my suit came back that day IMMACULATE. Seriously, these guys KNOW THEIR CLEANING. Reasonable prices, and quick service is awesome, but their cleaning expertise is SPECTACULAR!

You people are fantastic !!! I brought my mother's 1938 prom dress. It's just beautiful. It's now a beautiful family heirloom.
