This is a gem of an opportunity to learn the history of this geographic area, especially how people (traders and Native Americans) lived here in the early 1800’s!! There is much to see and do... the tours and interpreters are top notch - knowledgeable, entertaining, and sincere. The gift shop is wonderful with a diverse offering of souvenirs and all of the staff are warm and welcoming.nI highly recommend visiting... I will be returning!
We have a cabin on the Yellow River north of Fort Folle Avoine it is a must stop if your driving by or enjoy a beautiful boat ride past! Always so nice to see the change of seasons!
Hidden gem!! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and learned many new things! Definitely worth checking out!
Extremely authentic tour and rich history into fur trading and Indian life year round.
Great place to time travel. If you want to see what pre 1840 living was like be sure to check it out.
