We live in Siren and we will shop somewhere else everytime. Their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is atrocious. When we used to shop here there was only one old man who was nice to us at checkout, otherwise everyone else is always cranky and rude. The only time I write bad reviews on a place is if I've had multiple bad experiences, and this place definitely earned their rating.
So I can't breathe good as it is so I am not wearing a mask. and when they confronted me I said I had a medical exemption and the old guy said he didn't care and I had to leave. If ya don't want or can't wear a mask go to jennemans hardware hank on mainstreet...they are ok with or without mask.
You can get waited on in this place. No one wants to help you find what you are looking for. I thought it would get better as it was this way the last time I was in there but nothing changes. The place is a mess. No one cares if you find what you're looking for. I'll take my business somewhere else for sure. I can't stand people that are working and are lazy. When I was walking out they told me to have a nice day...... ya right.
Overpriced, understocked, and horribly rude people. Drive a little further in any direction to find a better store.
