So where do I begin. My family and I flew down here in August to find a place to move to. We found a place and everything went smooth. I dropped off the security deposit and first months rent as required. I informed the property manager that we will drive down and I’m not sure on what time we would arrive. Moving forward after we began our road trip I was informed I would have to come in person to sign the lease. I informed them that we would arrive a little bit before or after 1700 and if possible could someone wait around so we could get the keys the day we arrived. The property manager, nor his supervisor was willing to accommodate this request. We drove over 1,850 miles to get here. My wife arrived at the location at approximately 1640 and she was told that everyone had left for the day. Needless to say we were not happy at all, and that was a great first impression.

I would NOT recommend using this company if listed as the broker or property manager of a rental property. They are unable to properly manage the relationship with the owners and potential renters. My application was not approved for a property despite having an income 28 times the rent and having never missed a mortgage payment or rent payment EVER in 27 years! The approval process also took an entire week after the application was completed wasting valuable search time for any other properties. Managing the relationship is after all the main function of the role. Don't waste your valuable time and look elsewhere.

Worst experience ever... they tell you one thing on the phone, then go against there word and say that it's not in wrighting and threaten to sue.... they're scandals that lie.

The receptionist knew who to connect me to, right away. The agent "Mehdi" was helpful, useful, and sounded great. Thanks guys
