I was renting the house that I currently live in from an individual but he had accumulated so many rental properties that it became too much for him to handle on his own. He hired Argus Real Estate to manage his properties approximately 2 years ago. It was a blessing for the owner and for me. Any time I needed maintenance, I would give them a call (now we do it online) and they would call back quickly (usually within the hour). None of my maintenance needs were emergencies but the appointments were set up quickly for a repair company to be out within a few days AT MY CONVENIENCE. When you work full time, this is priceless! The friendliness, professional demeanor, and job knowledge of the companies making the repairs is quite impressive. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Steven due to a miscommunication regarding my rent. He was courteous, kind, respectful, fair, and professional.

I've been renting from Argus realestate for almost 6 yrs. I mainly deal with Steven Byers. He has been the best !! Always returns my calls in a very timely manner. When there are repairs or maintenance concerns he immediately follow ups. I had a recent parking issue and Steven dealt with the HOA and had the issue resolved quickly. I'm so thankful that they are a phone call away and always that care of any of my concerns. Very kind and caring.

Argus Real Estate Co. made our renting experience very easy. They were very friendly, and everything was very well-organized and well-kept. We only ever needed to reach out to Argus when we were moving in, and when we were moving out, and I consider that a very good thing. Additionally, when we did need them, they were very responsive and kind. Everything was just easy, and it was great!

I have been renting from Argus for almost 5 years and John is amazing! Never really have maintenance issues but when I do they are on top of everything! Highly recommend living in one of their properties!

We rented for a few years in Phoenix before renting from Argus, and by far this was our best renting experience. John was easy to work with and always honest. We liked that we called the repair line directly when something needed to be fixed and everything was always repaired quickly. It was refreshing to work with this company. Thanks John!
