So I just wanted to share my experience with the apartments I'm still a resident here I was in kind of a bind and a little behind on my bills and rent and I've never seen an apartment that go out of their way to actually help you catch up on your rent. I'll be forever grateful for these apartments and the company Gabriella is great and wonderful she's a really sweet manager and I really do like her. I give these apartments a five-star and if I can give them more I would I recommend these apartments to everyone 💞

We appreciate living here. Staff is always awesome. Maintaince is always kind and helpful. Gabriella does go over and beyond to help people in need. Especially during this COVID time.Thank you very much!

Lived here for a year and this place provided a safe place to live, the staff was kind and courteous. I was always kept on the loop with any building maintenance and the complex was always clean.

Had my bike stolen from second story, sprinklers constantly spray the cars, had my car keyed, and they get you when you leave if you don't professionally clean your carpet. MAKE SURE TO DO THIS OTHERWISE ITS $60 OFF YOUR DEPOSIT. No interest in replying if they post something below.

I lived at pointe vista for almost 2 years, I recommend living here the apartments are very well insulated resulting on high energy saving during summer time, (I am a drywall contractor). Staff were always efficient on solving any issues I had. Thanks so much!
