Moved in yesterday and could not be happier with my experience here so far! 1 bedroom is more affordable here than any of the nearby properties I looked at. Reading reviews I know everyone has a different experience, but I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff, they have been so friendly and genuine with me and my roommate throughout moving in. The manager even went out of his way to help get my furniture into the unit which I truly appreciated! I finally have my own washer/dryer which is what sold me! I suggest this complex to anyone looking for looking for affordable, clean renovated apartments.

In the process of moving in, I discovered that move-ins are conducted at 4pm on the day of move in. This is an highly unusual as no federal or state law dictates this is necessary. As a matter of fact, it it expected that a dwelling unit be available at the start of business hours on the date the lease begins. Why this is a concern: *You are paying the full day’s rent for the use and occupancy of your dwelling and utilizing less than half of that *You are liable for the apartment and required to have it insured for that entire day *Most people begin their electric service and are responsible for all other utilities beginning on this day and it as stated by the assistant manager Gabby that they have the cleaners clean the apartment that day. So, they will be using your water/electric. There’s absolutely no reason the maintenance work or cleaning cannot be done in advance of your lease start date. I am loathe to leave a poor review as the leasing staff has been incredibly sweet and helpful. I actually wanted to highlight how uniquely pleasant they have been -especially Nitara (she’s so kind and helpful). However, I spoke to Gabby last Wednesday about this and was expecting a call back by end of day Friday 9/4 (her words). As of today 9/9, I’ve called twice and left two messages for her to no avail. This really leaves a bad taste because at the start of a lease contract, one expects clear communication and follow through on promises. I hope I hear from her soon and will update her if I do. I’ll also provide an update after moving in. ************UPDATE 9/29/20 ************ I’ve been without a functioning stove/oven this entire time. I reported it over a week ago now, and was told it would arrive within 3-4 days max. I’ve called and emailed and was told it was going to arrive yesterday or this morning at the latest, but it’s now almost 5pm and no one has come by or even attempted to contact me. Much more has occurred since my initial post, and I will be uploading photos and more details soon. The place is nice enough, but the level of disrepair and disregard is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I wish I would’ve kept searching for another apartment, and would urge you to do the same.

Very comfortable and homey, lots of space, friendly neighbors, and a great staff that is very helpful!

Signed a new lease, been here going on 5 years. Can’t complain. New staff are great in responding and following up.

Office staff are always pleasant and I like how clean the property is kept! Well worth the money.
