Update as of Nov 15, 2020: First things first, parking is AWFUL. There is only one assigned parking per household and they are not enough uncovered spots for the rest of the residents. I just spent 45 minutes trying to find parking and that’s absurd. Maintenance can be a little slow to response and that’s frustrating. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, and the front office ladies are very helpful. I cannot stress how terrible parking is here. Had I known it was this bad I wouldn’t have moved here I’m leaving this review so far as a prospective new tenant, but thus far it’s been a really pleasant experience. Jessica has been emailing me back and fourth; being patient and sweet and super informative. My boyfriend and I have driven through the complex and it’s beautiful, being backed up the mountain and then having a direct view of I believe south mountain is really awesome. So, fingers crossed we get approved. And thank you to Jessica for being so awesome it’s much appreciated.

I have driven by this place many times over the past few months scouting out a place to dwell after the sale of my home. The architecture and just the feel of this place is pushing a "resort" style living. I've been here since mid July. So far. So good. I've had some issues with this place but the work orders have been taken care of quickly. Love the fact that they text message free give aways (breakfast, school supplies, etc) at the office. Office staff is excellent. If I don't get into a townhouse by next year expiration of my lease. I'll defiantly renew. Keep up the good work Trailside.

We just moved into the 3 bedroom townhouse and we love it ! So spacious, huge bedrooms, everyone in the office is amazing ! The grounds are beautiful, I love walking my dog and the hiking trails connect right to the community. Plus there is a small park for my little one to play in and it’s super clean and convenient. I’m so happy ! Thank you to everyone at Trailside for making this our new home ! ❤️❤️💙💙

We moved from out of state (& without visiting in person prior to moving). This was by far one of the most responsive communities we were talking to and the staff went above & beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We completed all our forms prior to moving so upon arrival all we had to do was show ID and pick up our keys! All the patios offer privacy which is nice being in such a large complex. We have been here about 6 months and so far so good— the office is super friendly and always giving out fun activities for families to do and breakfasts to eat on the go. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and professionally.

This is the best apartment I've lived in for sure, insides are nice, outside is kept up and maintained. The mountain right behind the complex is amazing because you can literally walk outside and hike day or night. Jessica in the front office is absolutely amazing, she's super nice, professional, and always very helpful, she's always quickly taken care of any problems I've had. Maintenance is legit, they fix the issue within a few days usually. I Don't write many reviews but had I had to give the apartment complex and Jessica a shout-out 🙏🏼 keep up the good work 👌🏼
