North Mountain Apartments

We moved into North mountain apartments in May of 2020. Upon the first week of living there i was approached while sitting on my balcony by the apartment manager Carrie and accused of smoking weed. I told her I wasn't and she said it smelled like weed. Let me remind you I am sitting on my porch. With my screen door open. That was the first encounter we had with management. Fast forward to a week ago my 2 year old daughters grand mother comes to get her to go to church. When we open our door there is a notice to evict because a neighbor complained that their apartment smelled like weed. Again Carrie never reached out to us or even knocked on the door when the claims were made. Just issued a 10 day notice to evict because some neighbor keeps complaining. They don't investigate these claims just go based off what the complaint is about. Me and my wife have a 2 year old daughter and are being kicked out our apartment in the middle of a pandemic because of an accusation that was never actually investigated. After all that I have said I don't feel that I need to tell you that this is not the place you want to move your family let alone kids into. We lost our first home as new parents and as newlyweds because they neglect to do their jobs as people who work for EVERYONE IN THE COMPLEX not just the needs of individual people who have lived there longer just to shut them up. The complex also has a bad roach problem and every week somebody coming out to spray for them. This has been an issue for 6 months. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to invest $1100. And thank me later

North Mountain Apartments offer fantastic value with personalized service. Your steps away from North Mountain and the vast hiking trails while nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ample walking space. I've lived here for a few months now and looked far and wide at other apartments in the valley. They are constantly upgrading the complex, and the pool / hot tub and laundry area are kept very clean. Carrie and Patricia in the office and the maintenance guys are very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend this complex!!!

These apartments are really cool, I love the improvements they have made over the past few years! The Property Manager Carrie is amazing and always answers any questions I ask.

Lived here almost 7 years and watched a lot of changes/upgrades happen. Overall i like it. Pretty views of the mountains and hiking trails. Girls in the office are cool too. Kerry always offers solutions to my problems and has a smile on her face. Your just north of sunnyslope but its still not a bad area. Maintenance fixes things within that day or the next. Worth checking out

So we just moved in these apartments and it had a few things that needed fixing.. but magnament has been very good at taking care of it no complaints there. They have been very helpful in any questions or things we need... will updated later on. Ps both Carrie and Patricia have helped alot..
