This place is a scam! The property manager uses scare tactics with section 8 recipients to keep their deposits and charge them extra money. The manager will create an inflated cost at the move out so he doesnt have to pay your deposit. If you dispute it he will start talking about how tge judge will side with him. KNOW YOUR LANDLORD TENNANT LAWS DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. TENNANTS CANNOT BE OVERCHARGED FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AS WELL AS OTHER THINGS! BEWARE, I KNOW SOMEONE THAT IS THE PROCESS OF TALING THEM TO COIRT AND EXPOSING THEM ON THE NEWS!
