Total agreement with this firms reviews. Having worked with this property mgmr for several long years, I can’t not recommend. They forget who the client is and encourages you to be upset with the owner of your condo rather than the brokerage they hire to manage the property. Then when they feel like they don’t wish to speak with you, they ask you to email again forgetting you are a client and they are a business. I have great condo, just wish it were managed in a more professional manner.

I stayed in one of their condos for about a year, I would have loved to stay for much much longer, but an unforeseen accident sent me back with my parents. Tara and Angela were absolutely beautiful to work with. Very professional and efficient. Pricing was super affordable specially for 2 bedroom 2 bath in a nice area. The only thing they could work on is organization, we had a little bit of trouble in the very beginning but nothing a quick call couldn't fix. When I'm back on my feet I definitely know I'll be trying to find something through them again.

They will rent you a moldy place and simply not care one bit. Do not believe these fake reviews. This is a crooked company. They have had many reviews removed. I have proof they keep censoring here! Strange how all the good reviews mention the same thing. It took over 2 weeks to get any response from this company as a renter. To fix no grout tiles, dissolved by previous renters dogs, they wanted to put silicone, yes silicone down for grout. Trapping mold, dog piss under the tile. The toilets were not seated properly and would leak water under the tile as well. This is when I took legal advice and action to get out of lease.

Absolute worst leasing company I have ever rented with. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Seemed very nice and welcoming at first then treated us like garbage. Be very careful!!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff, the owner was an absolute nightmare. Be very weary of this company I truly recommend you rent through someone else as they won’t steal your money and treat you poorly like Arizona property brokerage.
