I've known Frank at Real Estate Management Network for years and have referred a lot of clients to him during that time. As a Realtor that doesn't specialize in property management, it's important to have a quality partner in this field. We've never had a complaint and have only had positive experiences with Frank and his team at Real Estate Management Network. I highly recommend him for all your property management needs.

REMN are my family's life savers. After our home burned down, they were able find us an almost perfect fit to rent, at a reasonable rate, that would allow our dogs. They were very patient and flexible dealing with the hoops that Allstate made them jump. Since we moved in, they have been very prompt with resolving the little issues that come up like clogged drains and such. They are professional and always have a smile to offer you.

My close friend leased a home from this company. The lease was paid for the entire month that they were moving yet the company changed the locks so we could not have a cleaner enter the property. It was noted on the move in check list that the property was filthy yet we did not want to move out in tis condition. The professional cleaners showed up and could not enter. They said they thought he had moved out and not returned the keys. They then decided to unlawfully attempt to keep the full months rent and all deposits. We will be pursuing the return of the monies for rent and deposits as well as treble damages and attorney fees. We will be back soon to let you know the outcome.

Chad is the lousiest manager ever. He never seemed to take any of the house that i moved into's problems serious. The house i moved into was over 40 years old and never had been updated. My dishwasher didn't work and he replaced with a 20 year old model that never worked properly and was filthy dirty when it was installed. My stove never worked properly and he didn't want to hear it. My security door broke and he wouldn't fix it. I continually complained about things and got no response. Then when my lease was almost up he informed me that it wouldn't be renewed and when i asked why he said he didn't have to give me a reason. I replaced the leaking shower heads fixed the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms for nothing when i moved in. Payed my rent on time and all the neighbors liked me and my kids. Never had any problems and the president of the home owners association gave me a reference. I am a single parent and that is why i fixed most of the problems and dealt with his incompetence. It at the time was easier than relocating.
