I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to work with Robert and Valley Homebuyer. Robert was friendly, honest and efficient. He followed through on absolutely everything he said, he was flexible and patient with all of our questions. There were no hidden fees, the offer was exactly the same at closing . We were concerned because of horror stories we had heard but none of those things happened with Valley Homebuyer. Thank you Robert for making this a great experience!!! You are amazing!

We would recommend Valley Home Buyer if you are in need to sell your home without any hassle. They were upfront, honest and flexible with our needs. We wanted to thank Robert at Valley Home Buyer for an amazing experience selling our home. We called them for an appointment and the next day Robert came and looked at our house, he was very professional and nice. We told him the amount we needed to sell our home and we got it! The house was sold “as is” and they took care of removing some appliances and furniture that we did not want from the house. We were able to pick the closing date and received a check on closing day. I would highly recommend Valley Home Buyer to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you so much for helping us get the fresh new start we had been dreaming of!!!

Very kind from beginning to end! The title company they work with is super, and they’ve worked with Valley Home Buyer for 20+ years, which gave us peace of mind that we could trust these investors and be sure we were selling to the right people.
