This Arby’s was terrible and the customer service from the corporate level was atrocious. I bit into my food to find a metal washer. Cracked my tooth. I contacted corporate and their only response was to have me fill out an incident report and send them the washer. I expressed my concern and the lady I spoke with could have cared less. So unfriendly and cold. The washer could have caused someone to choke or be seriously injured. The need to take some accountability. I will NEVER eat at another Arby’s again. But they obviously don’t care about their image.

If I could give zero stars I would! First off we had hair in both of our sandwiches! It was a long wait just to order and pay ended up with a messed up order. Brought the food back. Will never return to this location! I highly recommend going anywhere else. Your employees need to have hair nets!

Terrible. Sunday Night. Two guys not wearing masks. One wearing one on his chin. Missed one item on my order, again. Chicken sandwich was disgusting (chewy chicken).

First time to an Arby's. The cashier was super friendly. Even checked in on our food. Very impressed. Even the lobby was clean. Will be returning!
