I discovered last night my sump pump stopped working when I went to the basement & stepped in water! I called them late last night. I was called back this morning, they said they'd have someone out as soon as possible and they were here and gone! Super fast! Very happy! Now to find my reader glasses that I misplaced in last night's chaos!

Jim did some plumbing in our basement to route a washing machine to our main sewer. The work looks great and functions as expected.nnWhere Jim sets himself apart is communication and flexibility. He was able to squeeze us in between appointments. Additionally, he offered to dispose of an old shower in our basement.nnPrice was reasonable and within quote. Give him a call!

Would not recommend for plumbing work. Shady company, claims they never received payment after they had cashed the payment check
