The worker was very friendly and on time and worked quickly. Was here a 1/2 hour fixing a leak in my tub faucet. Work was good.....but then got the bill. Outrageously high. And then on top of that, there was a $50 truck fee added on??? Why am I paying a separate fee for your truck?? Good work, but would not recommend them because of this. You already charged $100 for a 1/2 hours work. I think the truck fee could have been included in that. Thumbs down!
What a guy! I contacted Mark around noon for a bad thermocouple on a 15 year old water heater. He was upfront and honest with me and suggested investing in a replacement water heater instead of throwing money at an old unit. by 4:30 the SAME day, Mark had a new water heater installed and functional with literally no notice. Thank you again and we look forward to the next time we need help!
Mark from Sustmans Services is the the plumber I would recommend to anyone. He was very easy to talk to and did a great job repairing my water heatEr and unclogging my drain. I will be using his services from here on out.

Mark was awesome he responded to my call in about five to ten minutes. Got the work I needed done scheduled for two days later. He was on time the day of service and he hustled doing the work which was great because I was paying by the hour. He wasn’t one of these people that can get the job done in a certain amount of time but Drag it out so they can get paid more. he told me how long it should take if everything went well and that’s exactly how long it took. And he let me help clean one sink up while he worked on the other saving more time. Mine were the soldered copper pipe and he did both faucets in under two hours. A competitor said it would take three hours and quoted me 150 more than triple Marks price yes more than triple. I would recommend everyone to check with Mark before having your plumbing work done. He will get to you sooner and save you a lot of money. Thanks Mark
