Phil did a great job. I was surprised at how fast it was dry!
Tenant moving out.Carpets need to be professionally cleaned. They hired steam Pro To clean living room and two bedrooms. Nothing professional about it. Carpets look no better than when they arrive. Tenant on other side of duplex said they were in and out in 20 minutes. I redid it with my store bought carpet cleaner. Rinse water came out black. Called and complained they did not even return the phone call. Future tenants Moving out will not be allowed to use this company. Wish I could rate them with a zero star.
I was reccomended them by the management of my apartment complex. I moved all of my furniture off the carpet prior to them arriving, and they cut me a break on what I owed. Friendly and no question would reccomend them.
This company does NOT stand by their work - my carpet looked much worse after than before they came and they refused to come back to fix it without charging me more. Not a good business based on my experience. Very unfriendly after they have your cash in hand.
