Great experience. They kept in communication about the appointment time which was useful for me to coordinate with them. Very friendly and good communication on-site. They set my expectation about some of the difficult stains. Did a great job getting most stains out of carpet. Carpets look and smell great and not much of a perfume smell. I was considering replacing the carpets but now they have a new lease on life! Very happy with the result and the entire experience! 10/10.

Coming down stairs early this morning we found out one of our dogs had covered several rooms in very runny diarrhea, we called Stanley Steamer in a panic and prayed they would be able to come out that same day. They answered the phone so quick at such an early time and were able to meet our request and a service tech would be out by 9:00. We cleaned up all we could before he came. Joseph Perez came in reviewed the rooms, and was very professional and sympathetic to our problem. We had him do the living room and stairs and he even did our upper landing and area rug in the dining room. We also asked if they had a grout cleaning service and they did. We have been wanting to do our kitchen and back halls for many years. We thought we'd have to reschedule a time for him to come back and do the grout and Joseph said he could easily do that when he was done with the carpet. WOW!!! That's service!!!!! So professional, so accommodating and all at a very reasonable cost. My only regret is now I feel guilty I did not tip him... we don't know people do that for carpet cleaning... so Joseph I do apologize... you deserved on... You will be our go to carpet cleaners for ever!!!!! They look great and the carpet and the floors look amazing and brand new!!!!nnA few months later, we were grateful to have had such an amazing experience with Stanley Steemer. We asked for Joseph, without hesitation, to clean 4 rooms in my parents house as we prepared the house for sale. It was a good move as we anticipated! The carpets were very stained from years of neglect as my parents were getting up there in years. We figured we'd have to allow for a carpet allowance for the new owners, but when he was finished the carpets came out like new and we saved a ton of money and can show the house with pride.

We had 3 rooms, 2 sets of stairways, and the living room steam cleaned at a reasonable price and we had a coupon which we applied to the service provided. Very professional, thorough and efficient while wearing masks and socially distancing. Also great that they have on hand additional products to purchase, if you chose; to assist in the upkeep of the services they provide. Very personable, kind and friendly.

The technician was on time and incredibly nice and professional. My carpets look like new. I had a huge stain that he took extra time to ensure it was fully removed. I am pleased and would use them again.

Joe and Richard did a fantastic job! They were courteous, reviewed what we wanted done and got right to work. Everything smelled and looked so clean when they finished. I would recommend Stanley Steemer to everyone!
