ServiceMaster RRH - Green Bay

I am not talking bad about the employee. They were all polite. But training was lacking. It’s like the company set them up for failure. I had a house fire. Never had something like this happen so I had no clue what to do or think. They told me they provide a service to take care of your belongings but they did not do as they said they do. I was told they would list every item they threw away and take pictures of everything that they could make out and I would fill in the stuff missing that was to burnt to know what it was. This was not the case at all as I found out after the fact everything was thrown away. The things I asked them to clean was left and not cleaned and they took and cleaned things I would not have had them clean. It was my choice to keep or throw away. But I found out this was a lie. When they found out they would not get the demo part of my house they stopped working and left the stuff they claimed doing to the company I have doing the remodeling. Picture was not taken of everything going into the dumpster as I was told they had to document it. So no record of stuff of value that was in my home that I have pictures of before the fire. My house was damaged more by smoke and water putting out the fire In the front of my house. So things in my house were mostly visible of what it was. The things in the basement mostly was not document what was in totes. Named tots full miscellaneous. I asked for the list of what was kept for three weeks until I got my adjuster involved to help get it. I had it with in the hour. They made my life more stressful with hiring them. I was blind sided with paper work as I was still trying to process losing everything. I was on my way back from Florida dealing with my grandmother dying to coming back home to find out I didn’t have a home. I was two hours away when I watched my house burn on cameras until they went out. But when I got there he was waiting before I could even process everything. Word of advice, don’t sign anything tell them you will get back to them with your decision once you are in a more stable mind frame. I would give them a zero if I could.

Very unethical, unfriendly and dishonest company. This company made me an employment offer. I accepted and gave my current employer a notice. Then they decided to rescind the accepted offer via voicemail! I am now out a job with zero explanation.

Sewer backup are not fun.nnThese guys did a good job. However they had to cut out some carpet .nnIt it was soiled with poo I get it.nnNow I have the letter M carved out of my flooring.
