For 15 years I used another dry cleaner in town. One day I had some prom dresses cleaned and packed and the price I was charged was so outrageous that after discussing it with them I decided that I was being taken advantage of despite my 15 loyalty. I changed to Royal and have been bringing all of my business to the West De Pere location. I average about $200-300 per month of cleaning-mostly men's dress clothes and the occasional bedding like comforters/duvets. I have never had a problem with Royal. Their prices were much less than I was previously charged and the people have always been helpful and kind.I have not had anything ruined. My experience has always been positive.
Only positive thing to say about this place is their location. Staff is never polite, and more often than not, shirts come back with shattered buttons or missing collar stays. Of course it’s never their fault. What do I know, I‘m just the customer.
Terrible attention to detail. My shirts have more wrinkles and creases in the wrong spots than an 80 year old woman. I will take my business elsewhere.
I've used Royal Cleaners on and off for years, but no longer. Recently had several tuxedos cleaned there, and they came back as wrinkled as when I dropped them off. I sent a message to complain about the quality issue, and received no reply. Looks like quality and customer service no longer matters at Royal Cleaners.
