Beyond impressed! They are the most courteous, helpful, and professional people ever! Had a terrible stain on the carpet and Joel was so quick to get someone on the case. Dave was over right away and quick with helpful ideas and affordable solutions - he was awesome. I could not more highly recommend this group. Next time I will definitely call them - before attempting to clean a spill myself!
I was recommended by another carpet service I use regularly but due to the virus they closed there business temporarily. The carpet did look good and Kathy followed up on service and then past my info owner to owner who also followed up with my concern. He charged me $430 for the same service I get from other carpet service that charges me $150. I also move the furniture myself and accommodated them when they called me at work that they had a cancellation to see if they could come earlier. During my workTime made calls to have get someone over there earlier then my original appointment. The owner did apologize to me but anyone can say the word. If you feel your in the wrong you try to make right to satisfy the customer to get there business again. With that being said and overpriced service I will not use them ever again
