Completely frustrating. Drive up. She ignores you. Walk in. She ignores you. WORST customer service ever. Never going to use their services EVER EVER again.

Do not bother with the drive up, you will be ignored until you walk in. Then you you will be met by the most disinterested clerk imaginable. $40 for a short coat and pair of pants is outrageous.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be using this dry clean. My last experience here was the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. My impression of the clerk was she was newer and seemed to have little training. It was easy to come to this conclusion after witnessing her making mistakes with the customer in front of me and then refusing to help an elderly customer take their dry-cleaning to their car, which they clearly couldn't manage on their own. When it was my turn, she went on and on trying explain to me that my 6 day old lace dress that was worn only once, was too old to clean and was oxidizing. I could go on and on about the 10 min dialog I had with this girl trying to explain that wasn't correct. Long story short, I gave up and drove to Royal Cleaners. Three days later I picked up my perfectly dry cleaned dress from Royal Cleaners,.
