This Kwik trip is my neighborhood one, so I often wind up visiting at late o' clock for random things I need that night or next morning. No matter how late I'm there the employees are genuinely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond what Kwik trip's standards seem to be for customer service (an already high standard for the industry). I highly recommend.

Today, in the extreme cold weather, I was stranded in front of the air pump machine. This Kwik Trip staff was caring and helpful in assisting me. Great people.
Had my car washed last evening using the most expensive touchless option. Put it in the garage when I got home and noticed it wasn't clean and was streaky on all the sides. Went back this morning and asked if it was malfunctioning last night. They said no and nothing they could do now. I Should have come back right away.nDon't get your car washed there without looking at it before you leave. Not very good customer service.
